Instruction to authors for the final submission. (Deadline Submission: January 31 th, 2022)
Important steps for Authors:
To complete your final paper submission, please follow carefully the following steps:
1: reviewers' comments: Please see the reviewers' comments, which are intended to help you to improve your paper for final publication. The listed comments should be addressed, as acceptance is conditional on appropriate response to the requirements and comments.
The conference requires that the submitted manuscript is solely from the author’s own work and not from the work of others, unless explicit permission has been granted. This includes text, figures and tables. Information from published articles must always be cited explicitly. Proper citation is to give the credit to the work that is originally published, not to follow-up work or reviews. Citations should be given close to the information within the sentences or at the end of the sentence, not after several sentences or near the end of the paragraph. Even when citations are given, exact copying of a whole sentence or paragraphs should be indicated by quotation marks. Furthermore, reuse of part of a published figure or table requires a copyright permission from the publishers that hold the rights. All re-published figures and tables should explicitly indicate the original source.
2: Plagiarism:
If the author is found to commit an act of Data Fabrication, Data Falsification, Plagiarism or Selfplagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
2.a. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final
publications.
2.b. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and
affiliated institution(s)
2.c. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office
of academic ethics and research funding agency.
2.d. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the
article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of
misconduct, etc...”
NB: Similarity index should be less than 20% overall and not more than 3% from single source.
3: Warranties: Author warrants that the Contribution is original except for such excerpts from copyrighted works (including illustrations, tables, animations and text quotations) as may be included with the permission of the copyright holder thereof, in which case(s) Author is required to obtain written permission to the extent necessary and to indicate the precise sources of the excerpts in the manuscript.
4: Camera-Ready Submission: Final Manuscripts are to be submitted in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format. Please follow the steps below:
After completion of the above steps, please submit your final camera ready paper (PDF) using the workshop submission platform.
5: Copyright: Please use the following link to create the copyright pdf file of your paper. http://www.setit.rnu.tn/formulaire.html and submit your copyright file (PDF) using the Conference Website submission platform.
6: Registration : Each paper requires one author registration. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official proceedings archived on IEEE Xplore.
